You can purchase tickets for our shows online. Go to the "Shows" section on this site and click on "Buy your tickets". Once you have purchased your tickets online, get your tickets electronically for optimal convenience.

4. What happens to my tickets when my show is postponed ?

Take note of the new date of your show and hold on to your tickets. They will remain valid for the new date (more precisely for the same weekday in the case of shows with a series of dates).

The COVID situation has forced us to postponed many shows in the past 2 years. However all the new dates for the postponed or rescheduled shows were made at least 6 months ago, and were often posted on our Facebook page or through our newsletters. Consequently, refund requests are no longer allowed for these shows.

You are kindly requested to keep your tickets for the new date of your show.

We thank you for your understanding and for your loyalty.

5. What happens to my tickets refund when my show is canceled ?

Purchases made directly with Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to your credit card within a maximum of 30 business days. You don't need to contact Ticketmaster.

However, for purchases made by credit cards directly at the Casino’s Box Office, please contact us by email at info@3ge.ca

If your purchase was paid in cash or by debit card, we can process your request in person at the Box Office during our business hours.

6. COVID

We continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by the Government of Quebec. By purchasing tickets or if you already have purchased tickets for one of our shows, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Please note these confirmations may apply to all members of your party before they are allowed to enter the event.

No ticket refunds will be granted for non-compliance with the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event. Whether they were put into effect before or after the purchase of your tickets.
