When will the Théâtre du Casino reopen ?

The Théâtre du Casino and the Box Office remain closed until further notice.

Our next shows are scheduled for January 2021. We look forward to seeing you again for an enjoyable and pleasant evening at the Théâtre du Casino. 

Why did you postpone all your shows for the rest of the year when other venues continue to advertise shows in 2020 ?

The entrance to our venue is located inside the Casino Lac-Leamy. Therefore, an additional challenge is necessary to ensure compliance with the various health and safety measures, based on the recommendations of the Government of Quebec. 

Our priority is to ensure your safety as well as that of our employees. Rest assured that we look forward to seeing you again for an enjoyable and pleasant evening, while continuing to respect the provincial measures that will be in place at that time.

Note that the management of the Théâtre du Casino is lead by 3GE,a consortium of private enterprises from the Outaouais region.

Why was I not informed of the cancellation or postponement of my show ?

Due to the exceptional circumstances that affect us all, the large number of shows that are either postponed or cancelled make it impossible for us to contact each client personally. Therefore we count on your understanding and vigilance to check the status of your show on our website (www.theatrecasino.ca). 

Can I still purchase tickets at the Box Office ?

The Theatre du Casino Lac-Leamy Box Office remains closed until further notice.

However you can still purchase tickets for our 2021 shows. Go to the "Shows" section on this site and click on "Buy your tickets". Once you have purchased your tickets online, use the print-at-home option for optimal convenience. 

Can I speak directly with an agent at the Casino’s Box Office ?

No agent is currently available to take your call. Our communication is currently done by email only (info@3ge.ca). We will follow up with you within a maximum of 48 hours.

How to reach Ticketmaster customer service ?

At this time, phone support is not available. For fans with existing orders, you can reach the Ticketmaster Fan Support team via email or Chat by logging in to your online account, via a computer, tablet or mobile web browser. Once logged into your MyAccount, go to your Order Details and click “Contact Us” at the bottom right of your order. Fan Support Representatives are available 7 days a week, from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

What happens to my tickets when my show is postponed ?

Take note of the new date of your show and hold on to your tickets. They will remain valid for the new date (more precisely for the same weekday in 2021 in the case of shows with a series of dates). 

By keeping your tickets, you already contribute to the reopening of our venue and you demonstrate your solidarity with the artists, technicians, producers and all artisans in the performing arts. We are very grateful to you! 

However, we understand that you may have a situation that prevents you from attending your show on the new date. In this case, you can request a refund by following the instructions bellow: 

  • For purchases made by credit cards over the Internet (with Ticketmaster), telephone or directly at the Casino’s Box office, send us by email at info@3ge.ca your refund request with the details of your reservation: your name, seat numbers, the last 4 digits of the credit card and expiry date used for the purchase. Allow up to 21 business days for the process of your refund.
  • If your purchase was paid in cash or by debit card, we will only be able to process your request when the Box Office is reopened. Note that the Box Office remain closed until further notice.

Important note: You will have up to 2 weeks prior to the new show date to request a refund. Passed this delay, no refund request will be accepted. 

What happens to my tickets refund when my show is canceled ?

Purchases made directly with Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to your credit card within a maximum of 21 business days. You don't need to contact Ticketmaster. 

However, for purchases made by credit cards directly at the Casino’s Box office, send us by email at info@3ge.ca your refund request with the details of your reservation: your name, seat numbers, the last 4 digits of the credit card and expiry date used for the purchase.
